THE GUEST HOUSE AT COBURG GARDEN — TWO-NIGHT GARDEN GETAWAY SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored The Guest House at Coburg Garden.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and household members are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes period
Begins October 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends October 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
4. How to enter
During the sweepstakes period: (1) follow @CoburgGarden on Instagram; (2) like the official giveaway post; and (3) comment on the official giveaway post tagging one Instagram account. Limit one entry per person. Additional comments, tags, or shares do not increase chances of winning. No purchase or payment required. Entrants must maintain the qualifying follow through winner verification.
5. Prize
One winner receives two consecutive nights at The Guest House at Coburg Garden in Coburg, Oregon, accommodating up to six guests. Standard cleaning fees and applicable lodging taxes are included. Approximate retail value: $950.00 Transportation, meals, optional services, and personal expenses are excluded. Prize is nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers.
6. Booking, redemption and blackout dates
The winner must book and complete the stay by April 30, 2027. No part of the stay may overlap these blackout dates: November 25–29, 2026 (Thanksgiving); December 18, 2026–January 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year); February 12–15, 2027 (Valentine’s/Presidents’ Day); March 20–28, 2027 (spring break). Existing reservations, private events, and previously blocked dates are unavailable. All guests must follow occupancy limits and reasonable house rules disclosed before prize acceptance. The prize cannot be extended beyond April 30, 2027.
7. Winner selection
One potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about October 18, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
8. Winner notification
The potential winner will receive a direct message from @CoburgGarden and must respond within 48 hours and complete required eligibility and prize acceptance documentation. If ineligible, declining, or nonresponsive, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate. Sponsor will never request payment or credit card information to claim the prize.
9. Taxes
Sponsor covers applicable lodging taxes for the complimentary stay. Winner is responsible for any personal income taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may request tax documentation when legally required.
10. Privacy and publicity
Information collected will be used to administer the sweepstakes unless additional consent is obtained. Any public identification of the winner will comply with applicable law and privacy requirements.
11. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify fraudulent, automated, or noncompliant entries. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel if fraud, technical failures, or events outside its reasonable control materially compromise the promotion, subject to applicable law. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility relating to this promotion to the extent permitted by law. Information is provided to Sponsor, not Instagram.
13. Winner information
To request the winner’s name after the drawing, contact The Guest House at Coburg Garden within 30 days following the drawing, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
